If you find a lower advertised price (including shipping and handling) on the exact same item we will match that price if the following criteria are met:

  • The advertised price or quotation is presented in its published format (verbal prices will not be accepted)
  • The advertised price originates from an authorized dealer
  • The product is factory sealed in new condition and is not a clearance or discontinued item

The Price Match Guarantee applies at the time of quote and/or sale and does not apply to previous orders.

The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotional discount or special pricing presentation.


If a stock item has not met your expectations we will gladly allow you to return it for exchange, refund, repair, or credit within 30 days of purchase. Please return the stock item in its original condition (uninstalled) and packaging in order to exchange or receive a refund or credit.

Items purchased in large quantities or bulk quantities are not returnable and are nonrefundable.


An item not classified as stock is considered special order merchandise. If a special order item has not met your expectations we will gladly allow you to return it within 30 days of purchase using one of the following options:

  • Full in-store credit to be used for the purpose of purchasing additional items and/or services
  • Full refund less shipping and handling fees when returning the item for return of payment

Our sales force makes recommendations using standard industry guidelines only. Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly from color samples and printed material. We encourage you to verify specifications for special order merchandise before confirming a purchase.


Any item sold at a clearance and/or final sale price is not eligible for return or exchange.


Labor charges quoted are based strictly on information provided by the customer. Labor charges quoted cover basic installation unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may occur in order to complete installation. In the event that our installers cannot perform an installation due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided a non-refundable trip charge will be assessed. In addition, our installers will only install merchandise provided by Carol's Lighting and we instruct them not to install merchandise you acquire from other sources.


We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.


Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
